This is with using the NMM.Fallout Character Overhaul is outstanding in the level of detail it brings to the NPCs. "Lifelike" is the operative word to use when describing what this mod offers.

The old patch , by phoenix0113, had it's permissions open. So updated his patch for him, and also patching for OnHolyServiceBound's edits. Ditch the older patch if you use this btw.
