As an Enhancement Shaman I was using sporecloak to suppliment my non-existent defensive options. I despise this change almost as much as I despise the fact evoker, another mail class, gets two charges of astral shift, a button to heal them for all damage taken over the last 8 seconds, an AoE heal that doesn't cost resources (Like chain heal cost malestrom weapon).
